Many of you have sent me letters and asked me on Instagram that what kind of workout I’m doing and what I like to do in the gym. This blog post is a little bit different than usual, not about fashion or actually, isn’t doing sports also fashionable? I think it is!

I have been a sporty girl all my life – I have been doing gymnastics, dancing, running and even played volleyball. After moving to Tallinn, I started going to the Reval Sports Club and I’m still going there. I like that I can go to the gym or take part of the group training when I like, also I can go swimming or rest in the spa area. Last autumn, I discovered a sauna yoga and I absolutely fell in love with it. I love sweating all my problems and tensions away because it frees my mind and my body as well. I have even started practicing yoga at home by looking different videos from Youtube or Instagram. This summer, I also joined body balance training group and I like that I feel stronger and more flexible again. I still know that I’m a beginner at yoga but want to become better and stronger day by day. Two of my favorite yogis are Jessica (@jessicaolie) and Morgan (@the_southern_yogi) in Instagram. Definitely, check them out because they have such beautiful souls and I really love their personalities. I’m also planning to buy both of their e-books soon, maybe some of you has already practised by these books? If yes, please share your knowledge with me!

Besides yoga and body balance, I also like striding and pole fitness lessons. I even have my own pole at home but my wrists have been in the worst shape since last winter-spring season, so I haven’t been using my pole so much. Hopefully, yoga and striding will help me get stronger again that I can start from the beginning with pole classes this autumn. Believe me, when I tell you that you need a lot of upper body strength in the pole lessons. I was doing pretty good until my hands dragged me away from it. But you always need to listen to your body and give it a rest if needed. I also like stairmill workout and running sometimes, but not that often as I should. Too many chips and french fries lately so I’m trying to get back my six pack 😛
