FIBIT Opening Gala – Fashion Is Back In Tallinn

Before moving abroad for almost two years I was used to taking part of the opening galas for FIBIT (Fashion Is Back In Tallinn) and now that I’m back I couldn’t miss it. So on Friday I dressed up, took my camera with and headed to Viru centre to enjoy some bubbly Prosecco and a night full of beautiful dresses made for an exhibition “Kaamos” by over 30 Estonian designers including Hanna Korsar, Karolin Kuusik, Liisi Eesmaa, Riina Põldroos etc.
My favorite part of the fashion show was actually the beginning with its fabulous white gowns and eye catching hairdos, and it was fascinating to observe all the designs and reckon which dress and details were created by which designers.
Anyhow, the show was wonderful and after I met some friends, went out on town and had a really fun night!

Enne pea kaheks aastaks välismaale kolimist olin juba harjunud FIBITi avagalade (sel ajal oli küll tegemist Kuldnõela piduliku üleandmisega) külastamisega ja nüüd, olles tagasi Eestis, ei saanud ma sinna mitte minna. Seega panin selga ägeda outfiti, haarasin oma kaamera ja suundusin Viru keskusesse nautima kihisevat Proseccot ja õhtut täis võrratu “Kaamos” näituse jaoks üle 30 disaineri poolt loodud imeilusaid kleite. Disainerite hulka kuulusid näiteks Hanna Korsar, Karolin Kuusik, Liisi Eesmaa, Riina Põldroos jt.
Minu lemmik osa moeetendusest oli tegelikult selle algus kaunite, valgete kleitide ja pilkupüüdvate soengutega, aga terve show ajal oli huvitav ära arvata, milline looming ja detailid millise disaineri poolt olid loodud.
Igal juhul, etendus oli vinge ja otsustasin hiljem linnas sõpradega kohtuda ning möödus üks tõeliselt lõbus öö!
