Skirts and socks

Let’s talk a little bit about my favourite fashion items. Maybe you have noticed or seen it on my Instagram/Snapchat lately that I love to wear my new denim skirt a lot. I think it’s actually my new favourite fashion item. Usually, I’m not a skirt person at all but this skirt looks more like a dress where you need to wear a t-shirt underneath. Maybe that’s why I like it the most that I can change my outfit so easily – just by changing the t-shirt or top underneath – and voila! Actually, I got it from the H&M sale corner with the really nice price as well, you couldn’t believe how happy I was that they had my number left on the store. And it’s Trend piece, so I was even happier!

I think skirts are starting to talk with me because today I when I was shopping again in H&M and Zara, I was hoping to find one more skirt what I could wear in the Positivus Festival, but because of my wide hips, all these girly button-front skirts were too small on hips and too big on my waist. Girl problems.. I know! Mostly I only buy A-line skirts because they are born for hourglass-shaped girls but sometimes I need to try other cuts as well and then I’m sad if something is not fitting well. Hopefully, for the autumn season, I can find some a new awesome cut/colour skirt which will fit me perfectly!

PS! To create more fun and casual look I mixed socks and heels together. I know most of you don’t like to see socks with sandals (I hate socks and slippers together)  but I think with the heels, they look pretty nice! Even in the late summer night, your toes are warm and fashionable at the same time.
